At MATTE Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day window for returns on all eligible apparel. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect the items, after which your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
